Product Description

Zircon brick or Zirconium brick is produced by stable zircon sand with the advantage of mechanical strength, excellent stability to thermal shock, resistance to corrosion, high refractoriness under load and inertness, high density, etc. It is widely used in glass furnace, non-ferrous metal smelting furnace, and pure steel furnace.

1. Zirconia Brick is manufactured using high quality zirconia and zirconium corundum clinker raw materials with ceramic and chemical bonding.

2. Zirconia brick is shipped under high pressure and fire with high temperature with scientifically and reasonably gradating and adding good performance of additives.

It is mainly used for constructing smelting furnaces and is composed of refractory materials with certain shapes and sizes. According to the preparation process method, it can be classified into fired bricks, non-fired bricks, electrically fused bricks (melted bricks), and refractory heat-insulating bricks; according to the shape and size, it can be divided into standard bricks, ordinary bricks, and special-shaped bricks, etc. It can be used as high-temperature building materials and structural materials for industrial kilns and various thermal equipment, and can withstand various physical, chemical changes and mechanical actions at high temperatures.

A : For each production processing, Pufi have complete QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties. After production, all the goods will be tested, and the quality certificate will be shipped along with goods if needed.
